Thanks for updating the post Jem. Reading through the comments there are concerns that reversing the ETP caused more problems and didn't solve the issue. I took over processing payroll from April this year - previously it was processed by an external company. How do I know if the error is caused by changing from STP 1 to 2 and not having a reporting category assigned? I have already had one issue fixed by MYOB due to an error caused when our file was migrated in May - could this be also a migration error?
