ETP not showing on STP verification report

Hi, I know there are lots of posts about this but I still can't find the answer! We had one employee receive an ETP taxable component and ETP withholding tax. Both of these are showing on the payslip...

    Thanks for updating the post Jem. Reading through the comments there are concerns that reversing the ETP caused more problems and didn't solve the issue. I took over processing payroll from April this year - previously it was processed by an external company. How do I know if the error is caused by changing from STP 1 to 2 and not having a reporting category assigned? I have already had one issue fixed by MYOB due to an error caused when our file was migrated in May - could this be also a migration error?
