Hi nryan
It seems based on the images that whoever processed the ETP did not follow MYOB's Support Article on how to set up and process an ETP - See Support Section
Basically you need to create new payroll categories including a Deduction called something like ETP-PAYG and the ATO Reporting Category needs to be set to ETP - Tax Withholding - this is all covered in the support articles.
If the Payroll is processed as per the instructions, the tax withheld will appear in the Tax Withheld section of the ETP Income Statement.
There is not enough information provided in the limited excepts, however based on the fact that the user used PAYG Withholding as the payroll category for the ETP Tax withheld, my guess is it is included in the Income Statement as normal PAYG Withheld is. The figures in the images suggest these were not taken from the final Income Statement (YTD Income does not match payslip) so it is impossible to tell form the data provided.
As long as the correct total PAYG is reflected on the final Income Statement for 2024 (whether this shows as ETP tax withheld or normal Tax Withheld), the employee will get the same end result. However if not, you may need to fix things in MYOB as per the support articles and then do an UPDATE event for 2024 to update the details the employee sees on the ATO Portal via MyGov.
