ETP payments not showing in STP EOFY Finalisation

Trying to finalise STP for a client, there are four ETP payments and only two are showing up. The two ETP payments not showing were paid in July 2022 and the other two were paid in September 2022.  ...

Hi Julie,

 

I am having this exact same issue. It seems to be all ETP payments processed in STP phase 1 that aren't showing on the YTD verification for me. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone to MYOB the past week and they don't have a real solution. The only solution they are offering is to reverse the ETP payment and reprocess, but other people have posted they tried this and it just netted it out to zero. I was told yesterday we just have to wait for an "expert" to reply to our questions on this community forum apparently. Very frustrating. 

I am mainly commenting on this to let others know how ridiculous this situation is.

I have the same problem as well  

all 4 of my ETPs not showing on the STP EOFY finalisation, MYOB suggested reversing ETP and redoing but that didn't work.  

 

With the 14th july deadline coming up fast not sure how to fix it in time to lodge.
