Failed super payment - bank account closed -

    It sounds like you're in a bit of a pickle with the super payment failure due to a change in bank accounts. No worries! We’ll get this sorted out for you.

     

    To update the bank details for your super payments directly from MYOB, you'll need to fill out the form provided in our Help Article: Changing your Pay Super Payment Details. Once you've completed the form, please submit it back to our Pay Super team. They'll take care of processing the changes to ensure your super payments are directed to the correct bank account.
