Did you get any resolution on this issue of the Fair Work Statement and Casual Employment Statement not being issued to new employees?
The response you were given by 'Earl' (which I suspect is an AI generated response) was useless.
This issue has been happening for several months - probably since about the time you put up the question.
I just created a new employee using an email address that I have access to, so that I could go through the onboarding process myself, and there was no link to the statements in the process. It is obviously a fault with the system.
