Final pay

I am creating a final pay for an employee for unused annual leave. I have been directed to create this run online. How do I allocate a Job number to this payment?

    Hi Shella

    I am aware of the allocation of jobs while producing a pay run but the option was not available when I was directed to process the run for final pay in browser. I have finalised the pay now but thank you for responding to my query.

Hi kimjc,

 

You can allocate jobs to an employee's pay item when processing a pay run. See this link about jobs for the complete guide. You might also want to check this help article on how to work with final pay run for unused leave that will help you through the process.
