Not sure how long it will take to hear from a moderator.
Last week MYOB noticed strange figures being reported to the ATO (double and triple) - they shut down the MYOB Payroll Reporting Centre while they investigated and fixed the issue. The solution offered by moderators to affected employers was to lodge an Update Event for 30 June 2023 - this will re-send the correct figures to the ATO, replacing what has been sent earlier. Don't forget to finalise.

Thank you for flagging this to us. In this matter, if your YTD Gross shows double or triple, our best recommendation for this is to have update event for June 2023. This is to correct the figures to the ATO, and then finalize. You need to lodge an update event to be able to change the Gross amount.
