Great question. No one wants a “free” button that turns into a surprise invoice gremlin. For MYOB customers in Australia, MYOB Employee Benefits, powered by Flare, is available at no extra cost. It isn’t just a limited trial and Flare confirms there are no implementation, subscription, per-user or ongoing software fees for the core benefits platform.
Flare is the employee perks and onboarding sidekick. Your team can access retail discounts, wellness resources, financial perks and novated leasing options through the Flare app or website. It can also help streamline employee onboarding and stapled super fund lookups. That can mean less admin for your business and extra perks to help attract and retain staff. The free pricing applies to the core employee benefits platform. Separate financial products or arrangements, such as a novated lease, may have their own provider terms and costs.
