From Part time to casual and clearing entitlements
I have 2 staff members that went from Part time to casual. I paid their leave out but didnt clear it in MYOB. They now want to go to Part time again but they are showing entitlements. How do I clear them so that they start new as part time with no entiltlements accrued? Ive been on hold for an hour and still waiting! Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post. Generally speaking you would need to adjust the leave entitlements, you can do this by fixing the incorrect balance via a void pay. Our Help Article Adjusting leave entitlements has information and instructions on how to do this. I'd also make sure to do a back up of your file before making any changes.
