Holiday cash out tax

Hi all.  I have a current staff member wanting to "cash out" some of his accrued holiday leave.  Approx 100 hours.  How do I make sure I tax him correctly on this bulk amount?  He will continue worki...

Thanks for your detailed post. Cashing out annual leave can come with different tax and compliance, when it comes to a situation like this, we recommend speaking with an accountant or registered tax adviser to give you the correct answer.
