Hi thereWhat is the easiest way to view the total number of hours worked at the end of each month?&nbsp; (By hours worked, including annual/personal leave)?&nbsp; I can't seem to find a report that summarises this?&nbsp;&nbsp;ThanksLani

Sorry&nbsp;LaniOUP&nbsp; I thought you meant per employee. &nbsp;The Payroll Summary report gives the total hours per category, I think this is the one you want.&nbsp;CheersTracey

Hi&nbsp;LaniOUP&nbsp;&nbsp;Both the Payroll Activity detail and Payroll Register detail show the total hours allocated to each payroll category for each employee.&nbsp;Hope this helps&nbsp;Tracey&nbsp;&nbsp;

Thanks TraceyWhen I run either of these reports, I can't see a total overall figure.&nbsp; Only total per employee.&nbsp;&nbsp;I really just wanted a simple, fast way to see total hours at an organisational level.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Thanks TraceyThat one is perfect.&nbsp;Going forward I can see I'm going to have trouble with the fact we work on a calender year and payroll reports only work in a financial year.&nbsp;&nbsp;Will I always have to run payroll reports for each half of the calender year and combine them?&nbsp; Is there a work around for getting reports that go accross two periods?&nbsp;ThanksLani&nbsp;
