Incorrect ETP amount

Hi,   I am running reconciliation for STP YTD verification report against our payroll summary and found that one of the employee's ETP figure is four times as much than actual amount and the record...

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. First troubleshooting I recommend clearing the browser cache which can resolve some odd behaviour in reports: Clear my cache.

 

If that does not resolve the issue, could you reply with the last 4 digits of your Serial Number and both reports, so I can investigate further?
