Thanks for your post. So that I can look into this can you please send me the following information in a private message:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name
  • screenshot of the employee card>>Payroll details tab>>Superannuation window for 2 affected employees
  • screenshot of the Superannuation fund list (Lists>>Superannuation Funds)
