You would need to set up categories for your allowances. You will have the option to adjust the pay rate's Fixed Hourly rate and tick on Automatically adjust base hourly or salary. This Help Article, Allowances, has information that you can use as a guide. If you need help with the rate and assigning an ATO category to be used, we recommend speaking to an accountant.
