    Hey BronJay2025,

     

    Spot on with how you handled that LSL transfer! Using a $0 pay run to shift hours from Not Entitled to Entitled is the right way to go, and it sets you up nicely for any future anniversaries. Seeing the employee pop up under Not Entitled with a $0 balance on the Entitlement Balance Summary report is just the system not quite letting go yet. No worries, you can completely ignore the Not Entitled line as long as the hours are showing correctly under Long Service Leave Accrual. Your records are all good, and there’s nothing extra you need to do.
