missing information on STP

hi there,    I can see the payrun on a period, however in STP reporting, that period shows Blank?

Could you kindly confirm if you're referring to the nil amount displayed in the STP reporting window for a specific pay range? If possible, could you please attach a screenshot of this? It would greatly help us in providing further assistance. Thank you!
