missing information on STP

hi there,    I can see the payrun on a period, however in STP reporting, that period shows Blank?

Hi GWR1,

I would like to you're still experiencing this issue? If so, could you kindly verify the consistency among the payroll activity report, payroll register report, and the Year-to-Date (YTD) verification report? If these three reports align, it indicates that the information has been accurately reported to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), even if the Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting displays a zero value.
