When you create a back up your company file,, it generates a compressed file with a .zip extension, for instance, "MYOBDDMMYYYY.zip," capturing the current state of the file.
To access a backed-up company file, you'll need to restore it within AccountRight. This process entails saving a copy of the backed-up file in an AccountRight library, preparing it for use.
During the restoration of a backup, you have two options:
1. Local Restoration: This is useful for viewing historical data, reprinting payment summaries, or updating the local company file you're actively working on within a PC.
2. Online Restoration: This is used to replace your online company file with the data from the backup file.
