Hi, I will ask our IT tech to sort logs. We have been on the Microsoft support foums and this issue appears to be widespread with the new outlook and 3rd party developers not having connection to the new Outlook "COM" landscape. Sorry dont know the correct IT terminology. Just repeated what has been said on that forum. I would think MYOB talking to direct to Microsoft would be wise and its what Microsoft suggested. Currently i am having to run individual payslips and email seperately which is fine for the short term but we have a big few months ahead staffing wise. If i have any luck sorting the logs i will send them through.

In the meantime, you may find some useful information in our troubleshooting guides for Microsoft Outlook below. These guides provide steps on how to manage COM add-ins in Outlook Desktop and how to resolve common Outlook errors.
Please feel free to share the diagnostic logs once you have them sorted, and I'd be happy to check further.
