We appreciate your suggestion of MYOB directly communicating with Microsoft, and we assure you that our teams are actively working on understanding and resolving these issues.
In the meantime, you may find some useful information in our troubleshooting guides for Microsoft Outlook below. These guides provide steps on how to manage COM add-ins in Outlook Desktop and how to resolve common Outlook errors.
Please feel free to share the diagnostic logs once you have them sorted, and I'd be happy to check further.
