Hi. As per previous comms attempts to run both old and new crashes the email altogether and causes sync issues. it would be good if MYOB could just fix the problem.
Has anyone found a solution for this problem. It is so frustrating. Thank you

Hi mtbro,
Once you upgrade to Outlook (New), this becomes your default, even though the original Outlook is still installed. Solution is to set the original outlook format as your default and use that instead of Outlook (New). Can be difficult to do as many 'instructional' posts can be different to what you see on your computer. If you want tech help with this, try MYOX Services.
On my systems Outlook (New) will not work with MYOB.Regards
