Hello
I've paid wages in the first week of May 26 and then went through the usual PAY SUPERANNUATION to pay the appropriate super. However no employee names come up for me to process the SG payment...

Thank you for your message. I completed all these settings: I ticked 'pay directly from AccountRight,' checked Payroll Activity (details), and verified Super funds and employee details. Still no employee or any list appeared.
I requested support in My Account, however, the turnaround time is 19 days. This means I have to manually load the data onto the Australian Super Clearing House, typing each staff's super contribution one by one. This is no efficient to get job done.

Entering super contributions manually can be really time-consuming and isn’t ideal at all.
Thanks for going through all the checks in this guide already. Since those required areas have been checked and there’s still nothing showing in the Pay Super screen, the next step would be for our team to take a closer look at your setup directly.
