Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. I recommend logging out, clearing your browser cache, then logging back in, and see if those leave requests show up now.
If that does not resolve the error, could take a screenshot of the Leave window on both the app and the portal, and send that to me over Private Message along with the last 4 digits of your serial number so I can reproduce the error on my end?
