Hey Castaway,
Few customers have hit the same snag with MYOB Team and our dev team is onto it and actively working on a fix. While that’s underway, you can keep an eye on the status and use the current workaround here, which should help you keep things moving in the meantime while we get this properly sorted.

This has been going on for some time now. I thought it would have been fixed by now
