Thank you for your response. I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your post. In this case, you're unable to add yourself as the approving manager at the same location because you're added as an employee under the approving manager. To add yourself as the approving manager in the same location, go to your MYOB team admin portal, select the locations, and remove your name under the approving manager. Once you've removed your name under the approving manager, you may now add yourself as the approving manager, then add employees under your name. Please refer to this Help article for further information about MYOB team.
To answer your second query, if you're referring to the number of hours of leave that have been taken and approved by the approving manager, this will flow automatically when you create payroll.

Thank you for your response.
Once the leave is approved by the approving manager, the information is sent into the timesheets within AccountRight to the payroll. However, if you're not using a timesheet, you'll need to manually enter the number of hours taken when you are processing payroll.
