Thank you for your response. I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your post. In this case, you're unable to add yourself as the approving manager at the same location because you're added as an employee under the approving manager. To add yourself as the approving manager in the same location, go to your MYOB team admin portal, select the locations, and remove your name under the approving manager. Once you've removed your name under the approving manager, you may now add yourself as the approving manager, then add employees under your name. Please refer to this Help article for further information about MYOB team.
To answer your second query, if you're referring to the number of hours of leave that have been taken and approved by the approving manager, this will flow automatically when you create payroll.

Thank you for your response.
Once the leave is approved by the approving manager, the information is sent into the timesheets within AccountRight to the payroll. However, if you're not using a timesheet, you'll need to manually enter the number of hours taken when you are processing payroll.

Thank you for continueing to try to help me get this up and running. I am on the verge of giving up to be honest. It shouldn't be this hard.
Ok I understand that if we don't use timesheets the leave will not flow through. Would this work better is we did use timesheets?
I have been advised that an approving manager Mark Ginswick has approved leave for Alex Dreyer for 3 November and 6 November. I cannot see the leave at any point in MYOB team.

Regarding your concern about the approved leave, if you're the approving manager, you can view the approved leave requests from the MYOB team mobile app. Leave information will not flow into the rosters automatically. This would need to be updated manually within the MYOB team. I'll link below a few helpful articles with information on how the MYOB team works:
