Regarding your second concern, the "Manage Leave Requests" tab will be accessible to users holding a "Manager" status. Approval of leave requests will be contingent upon factors such as eligibility, entitlement dates, and the current leave balance. Additionally, users will have the ability to decline or delete leave requests as needed. Please see help article Manage Leave Requests for more information.
