MYOB Teams app has two of the same entity names - how to delete one and use the current company and have timesheets with breaks

Hi all,

We have recently changed to MYOB and I have been trying to set up the Teams app.

I started with the free verson of MYOB AccountRight and did a test set up with the Teams app to see if it would work for us. We decided to move to MYOB. A new data file was created and MYOB deleted the trial data file.

I have then set up Teams in the new data file but in the app on my phone, I now have two companies with the same name and I am unable to do a timesheet in the new one (the roster is showing with start/finish times and break time). Does anyone know how to fix these two problems?

Thanks

    Hi JC001

Welcome to the Community Forum. I can organise to have that 2nd file removed, so it doesn't come up in your businesses list.

Can you please send me a Private Message with the following:

    • Serial number or client ID
    • Name of business that needs to be removed
    • Email address you use to log in

How do I private message you?

      Thanks.
