did you undo the termination in the MOB file as well? I have no idea - sorry! This is crazy and so very stressful!
yes i did that too.. makes no sense that all other figures come across but not that one category!
I've just posted on the ATO community to ask what we're meant to do when MYOB aren't helping us with issues with their program causing us to not be able to do STP finalisation and process pays... Will let you know if I hear back!
Update - BIG thank you to Rin on chat yesterday who helped me resolve this issue which allowed me to run payroll just in time before COB. Thanks Rin!! 😃
