New Card for an ex employee starting again

Hi if a casual employee leaves the company and is disabled,  but returns again after a period of months, can I reactivate the employee card or do I have to onboard again with a new card?

Hi bdruckmann,

 

You can reactivate the ex-employee by reusing their existing employee card (no need to onboard with a new one). Just remove the Termination date from their record and make sure their payroll details (rate, tax, super, leave, bank) are up to date before the next pay run.
