NEW PAYROLL YEAR ERROR serial number .... 5360

    I'm glad to hear that worked for you. Back up the online file and then follow the instructions under To restore a back up locally in this help article: Restore your company file

     

    As all server setups are different you'll need to speak to your IT people about putting your file on your server.

     

    Please post again if you need help in the future.

Thank you that worked for today's pay run.

My Director requires answers to the following:

1.  How do we get the file back off line?

2. We require our data on our server

The internet in our area is not overly reliable and we do want to be in a position where we cannot access our data.
