No payslip emails

Hoping for help. Employees - across 3 different companies & MYOB files - are not receiving their payslips.  MYOB shows that they have been delivered. The last time they received payslips was the 28th May 2025.  I have been using different computers and different emails addresses for each company.  I have checked email providers and firewalls.  Is there something going on?  What can i do?

    Hi KylieSorensen,

     

    Just having a look at your email issue, looks like you've already tried most of the usual fixes. Maybe try giving it another crack with an alternate email address for your employees or company, just to see if that sorts it out.

     

    If it’s still being stubborn, best bet is to get in touch with us so we can dig a bit deeper. You can pop through a ticket from the MyAccount window, or have a chat with us live using our virtual assistant, MOCA.

    Hi Genreve

    I have tried 2 different email addresses within this file, none of them will send from the online version of the company file.  But, today I tried to send the payslips from the Desktop version and it worked perfectly.  There must be a cliche somewhere online. Any ideas? I have been on 2 different computer in different locations, so I don't think it is firewall related.

    Fantastic job! Really glad you put in all that effort to work through the problem and check all the details. Now that things are running smoothly on your desktop, we can see the issue is with online emailing. Since things like clearing your browser cache and the usual fixes didn’t solve it, our team can take it from here and dig deeper to figure out what’s going on.     I have been sending payslips to our employees via MYOB AccountRight software and 1 employee has not been receiving theirs for over a year now.  I tried all the recommendations that MYOB Support advised until they could not advise anything else.  I just came to the conclusion that the employee would just miss out on receiving their payslip (thankfully it is me and I can just print it out for myself).  Then out of nowhere, today it worked and I received my payslip. Very random!  Good luck with yours KylieSorensen​
