We are having the same issue. No push notifications are being sent to approving manager.
- they’re set as an Approving Manager for the right location
-they’re using the MYOB Team mobile app with the right email
- device notifications for the MYOB Team app are ON

Thanks for confirming you’re seeing the same thing.
From what you’ve described, the approving manager is already set up for the correct location, they’re using the MYOB Team app with the right email address, and device notifications are turned on, but push notifications still aren’t being sent when leave is submitted.
At that point, this looks like it needs a closer check from the support team rather than more setup changes in the app. They’ll be able to investigate whether this is expected behaviour or something not working as it should. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtuall assistant.
In the meantime, if leave requests are being submitted successfully, I’d suggest managers keep an eye on the app directly while this is being looked into.
