Thank you for your reply. However, as mentioned in my phone discussions, the work around is inconvenient. I have received their onboarding completion emails, however if I screen shot the different relevant pages (personal details, super, tax info & bank info - information they would have on hand) I still need them to confirm that is the information they submitted is correct. We are a large nursery with staff in different areas (km's away) and some not on site, so it's NOT easy for them to come see me to sign off the information. And also most of our employees are on working holiday visa's so communication is an issue (they would have trouble understanding if I tried to explain over an email why our accounting system was incompetent and 'glitching'!).
Where is MYOB at with resolving the issue rather than offering a work around for the 3rd month now?
Are we able to get a discount on our subscription?
