One off manual payroll

Morning,

I usually pay staff electronically, but we did a one-off manual payment this week. The staff members aren't set up to be manual only electronic - to match the pay on bank feeds do I have to delete the pay run and change to manual, or can I match manually, and nothing be affected? 

I currently have the payments just sat in my bank feeds
