First, process her final pay under the casual arrangement, then run the Leave balance report to check what annual and personal leave has accrued. After that, go to Payroll > Employees, open her record, and under Payroll details > Employment details, change the employment basis to Permanent. Make sure the applicable annual leave and personal leave entitlements are assigned.
