Pay Item not showing in STP EOFY

Hi

 

I have processed final pay and went to do EOY 

I noted one pay item did not go through to STP report for any employee wiht this pay item

I reviewed the ATO category and ensured it was assigned

I have processed a $0 pay run and that is not pulling through

all payroll reports have been lodged and accepted

I am running out of options as all the normal tricks and tips to make this happen do not appear to be working

      Sorry to hear about your difficulties in EOFY. 

       

      What I would suggest checking the pay category of the said pay item if it was tax exempted. 

       

      Also, if this does not solve the issue please send a screenshot of how the pay item was setup.
