Pay Run showing as 0 on STP reporting centre

My issues are similar. I'm processing a pay run for the new financial year and when I record and send to ATO MYOB shows all zeros for totals paid. There is nothing recorded in MYOB and nothing sent to ATO and no payslips to email. I processed a pay yesterday in another company file without issue.

Hi @SueHancock55, 

 

That pay run showing up as all zeros even the payslips is definitely a weird one. Best thing to do is give us a shout so we can dig into it for you. You can pop in a support ticket through MyAccount, or if you want to have a chat straight away, just jump on with our virtual assistant MOCA.
