Pay Run Showing as "Update" when it should be an actual new payrun

One of my pay runs is showing on STP reporting as "Update" but it was an actual payrun which I processed 2 days late as I was away.  This has resulted in the STP reporting showing the pay run as "0" and showing as an "update" payrun.  When I logged in to the portal to lodge the IAS it showed the wrong wage and paygw amounts.  I entered the correct amounts however I need to know how to fix this in the STP reporting.

    Hi genar, 

     

    The STP report considers a pay run as an update if the pay date is earlier than the pay run date. However, this doesn't affect the values. I suggest checking the payroll register, payroll summary, and the YTD verification report. If these match, the values sent to the ATO should also be correct. For the IAS, check the setup or mapping of the IAS report. This link might help, as the activity statement could be incorrectly mapped.
