It's good to know that you were able to get the relevant information. You may set up your pay super to be authorized by two administrators or two authorizers. Could you confirm if this is already sorted out?

I have proposed using the Pay Super service to my Manager. It needs to go to board level but he also asked if it was possible to get all payments approved within Myob the same way and not just super. By adding the need for a 2nd person to login to Myob on top of any other payment authorisations needed just makes the process a little clunkier.

Thanks for reaching out.
For the Pay Super authorizer, you can select one authorizer even if you have two signatories for the bank so that all authorizers or Pay Super Administrator can authorize a payment without the need for a second authorizer to log in and approve the payment.
For other payments, we have an Online Invoice Payment (OIP) service available. With OIP you can pay supplier invoices through MYOB.
With regards pay run, you can download the bank file and upload it on your online banking portal for the employees to get paid. Given that the employee's payment method is an electronic payment.
