Hi, can I change the Pay From Account default, in Payroll, Pay superannuation screen? At present it shows the first bank account 1-1110 and I have to remember to manual select the second line down when I do the Pay Day Super each week. Can I change the default to the second line down 1-1120?

Thanks for checking in! There isn’t a direct setting to make the second account line the default, but there's a workaround that should do the trick.
When you open the Pay Superannuation window, the Pay From Account will automatically pick the first bank account in your account list. In your case, that would be 1-1110, then 1-1120, so 1-110 would show as the default account. So if you’d like a different account to show up by default, you’ll need to change that account’s number (one that appears higher in the account list).

This is very frustrating particularly when it then cannot be fixed without reversing the transaction. Why is the option even there when the bank account that the payment comes out of cannot be changed easily. After making the error of not changing the default account when paying super multiple times already we have now altered our account numbers.
