PAY SUPER. Is MYOB going bust? broke? bankrupt? under administration? No calls allowed and emails bouncing.

My question is, after reading some of the Superannuation Clearing House issues on this forum as well as my concerns regarding the viability of MYOB as a company; should we be entrusting our employee's super and our liability through legislation to this company or finding a reputable, responsive and reliable clearing house?

After my application on 2nd June 2026 to join Pay Super I received an email acknowledgment but have not heard anything since.

I have not received the 1 cent deposit for bank verification.

I have sent an email query to pay super and tried calling but calls are not being taken and emails are bouncing with a mailbox full message.

The joke is that after MYOB refuses to take calls from 'priority clients', they put you through to a satisfaction. Good joke MYOB.

When MYOB stuffed up and didn't make changes to our account as requested by email, phone and online, I resorted to calling them and was on that call, mostly waiting, for over 3 hours.

Clearly MYOB cannot afford to pay enough staff to service their client base.

    Sorry you’ve had to chase this up. We’ve fixed the mailbox issue for the Pay Super team, and your support request is already logged with a reply sent by email. We’re dealing with a larger-than-usual volume right now, so responses may take a little longer, but rest assured that your request is in line and will be actioned.
