Am still waiting for the 1 cent deposit bank verification but have not received it since our application on 2nd June 2026. Have sent email requests to pay super, my account and also tried calling but to no avail. Could someone assist on this please? Thanks
MYOB has already reset it on their end, re-register and works well. Able to make payments via Pay Super.

I have exactly the same issue with the bank not getting the $0.01 deposit on 2nd June 2026, hence no verification code.
I have been waiting for over 90mins on phone calls to get help, but not sucessfully speaking to anyone.
What do I do? I don't want to fall foul of the Payday Super come next week!
Cannot re-register as when I click on Pay Super it wants the code which I still have not received. Please re-look at this and forward a solution. Thanks.

Hi AmandaMYOB & Isaiah_C: I have the same issue & also can't seem to send PMs to Isaiah. I also wrote a message to MYOB support about the $.01 issues & haven't heard back yet. I'm still affected & can't re-register for Pay Super again as it only takes me to the same verification screen. Thanks

We've made some improvements to our sign up process for Pay Super - you can read all about it here.
If you haven't completed the sign up yet, you can restart using the improved process by clicking into Payroll > Super payments. Sign up process should only take a few minutes! Hope this helps.
