Pay Super

Hi all. I've recently started trying to pay super through MYOB. I've set everything up correctly (I think, but probably not) and the first attempt went perfectly... or so I thought. I made a payment...

    Hi JMaher 

     

    Thanks for your post. Bank feed transactions are matched with AccountRight transactions, the matched and approved AccountRight transactions are automatically ticked in the Reconcile accounts window to make reconciliation easier.

     

    When a Pay super payment is processed the transaction is automatically recorded. If a duplicate transaction has been recorded you'll be able to locate it in the Reconcile accounts window. Clicking on the zoom arrow will open the transactions so you can check the transaction type. 

     

    The Pay super transaction should be matched with the bank feed. If the other transaction is a Spend money transaction it will need to be deleted.

     

    If you have any problems with this please provide screenshots so that I can assist further. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
