Thanks for you post.
I would recommend to check the help following help article Check super fund and employee details - MYOB AccountRight - MYOB Help Centre to ensure that fund details matches with our list of super funds.
Go to List menu->Superannuation funds and please update the details if required and then try processing the super.
If the issue persists please post for further assistance.
