We try to set up the pay superannuation in MYOB and when we click the button "pay superannuation", the system asks for a verification code in the bank statement. However, we can not find those code in the bank statement, is there other way we can complete the setup?

Thanks for the screenshot. That code’s from a small test deposit we send to the bank account you added when you start Pay Super. You’ll see it in the transaction details once it lands, and it can take around 2–3 business days depending on your bank. This is also covered in the Pay Super sign-up info on this link.
