Paying Salary Sacrifice through PAY SUPER

Hello, I am trying to process superpayment through Pay Super for the first time but i cant select ay of the salary sacrifice amounts to make payment. Does anyone know why this is?

We're sorry to know that you’re unable to select any of the salary sacrifice amount for your employees. We recommend double-checking the set-up of salary sacrifice superannuation first, because we might have missed one of the processes.
