When you use the Payment Summary Assistant in MYOB, it will use the current Payment Summary settings - so you shouldn't need to manually change the PAYG, you should fix the settings. Follow the Payment Summary support notes on the MYOB Support section if unsure.
Also the Payment Summary process uses data from the current Payroll Year. Once you process payroll in Jul 2023, MYOB automatically changes the payroll year to 2024. You may need to restore a backup to run the Payment Summary process for Payroll Year 2023.
