payroll .aba file

The .aba file created via payroll is empty when imported to CBA account. This has only occurred since the upgrade to 2023.4 so don't know why. I have tried

 - deleting the electronic file & recreating the .aba file

- reversing the payroll items (as reported to ATO) and recreating the payroll and the .aba file

 

Neither worked.... any suggestions. This is urgent to enable employees to be paid today.

    Are you still experiencing the issue when importing the ABA file to your CBA account? If yes, we also recommend to get in touch with the bank to make sure that they don't have ongoing issues regarding ABA file. Please let us know f you need further assistance.
