Payroll A/L & S/L adjustments

Hi I have a previous staff member that we have rehired. I made his card Active again but he still has his previuos Sick Leave entitlements on his card. How can I zero that out so we can start again w...

Regarding your question, after reinstating the card file of the employee, could you please check if there is any difference with the Entitlement balance detail report?
