Payroll A/L & S/L adjustments

Hi I have a previous staff member that we have rehired. I made his card Active again but he still has his previuos Sick Leave entitlements on his card. How can I zero that out so we can start again w...

I hope everything is going well for you today. I just wanted to follow up on whether you still require assistance with your concern. If you do, after you reinstate the card file of the employee, have you checked if there is any difference with the Entitlement balance detail report?
